Sonic Picrew Maker

A human-style icon for your Sonic OC, with animal ears, spiky quill hair and bold colors.

Hair color

Sonic makers on Picrew let fans turn their OC into an icon quickly. This page does the same with one clear limit: the maker draws people, so the result is a human-style version of your character, sometimes called a gijinka, with animal ears and quill-like hair.

It opens in portrait mode on Bangs, where the spiky styles are. If you want the full figure with tail and shoes, press Full body.

Quills as hair

A hedgehog's quills are the whole silhouette, and hair has to carry that here.

Messy spikes with Spiky hair is the closest match to swept-back quills.
Over one eye with Spiky hair suits the darker, brooding type.
Wispy with ahoge gives a lighter, younger character.
One strong fur color for the hair: blue, red, black, silver, pink or yellow.

Eyes and attitude

Characters in the series are drawn with a lot of attitude. Sharp eyes and a Smirk give the confident look. Angry brows and a Frown give the rival. Round eyes and an Open grin give the cheerful friend. Choose an eye color that contrasts with the fur color, since that contrast is part of the series' style.

Other species

Foxes use Fox ears, cats use Cat ears and rabbits use Bunny ears, each with its matching tail in Full body mode. For bats, add Bat wings. For the full character with shoes and outfit, and for designing abilities and backstory, see the Sonic OC maker.
