Fallen human
Straight bangs, Bob, Happy closed eyes, Striped sweater, Shorts, Boots
Blue and purple stripes, closed eyes.
A fallen human with a soul color, or a monster from the Underground. Striped sweater included.
Undertale OCs come in two kinds: humans who fell into the Underground, and the monsters who live there. Human OCs are simple by design, a child in a striped sweater, and the character lives in the soul color. Monster OCs can be almost anything.
The maker opens on the Top tab with the Striped sweater already on. Change the two stripe colors and you have the base of a fallen human.
Human souls in the game each carry a trait with its own color. Pick one and use it as the accent.
Monsters are friendlier than they look. Start with an animal or object as the theme. Use animal ears and a tail, Horns, or an unusual skin color such as white, blue or green. Give them ordinary clothes, a Hoodie, Sweater or Scarf, because the charm of the Underground is strange creatures living everyday lives. Dot eyes and a small Smile keep the tone gentle.
The fandom is famous for alternate universes, where the same cast is redesigned under one changed rule: roles swapped, a darker tone, a different setting. You can do the same with your OC. Build the original, copy the link, then make a second version with the palette inverted or the expression reversed. Two versions and a one-line rule make an AU.
Load a look into the maker, then change whatever you like.
